  • Who was EzriRx built for?

    EzriRx was built for independent pharmacies in the U.S. Rather than being inundated with unsolicited fax blasts and phone calls from wholesale suppliers, we have built a system that gives you the power in your purchase as wholesalers compete with each other to bring you the best price for your pharmaceuticals -- all via the EzriRx website.

  • What do I need to sign up?

    Signing up with EzriRx is quick and easy. All you need to provide is the following:


      - Verification that you’re licensed by the DEA and state
      - Payment information


    Enter the above information just once and you will be able to immediately sign up for all wholesalers in your state.

  • How quickly can I begin purchasing?

    As soon as you sign up you can add payment methods and apply for wholesalers who are licensed in your state. When you have been approved by a wholesaler you can begin purchasing products from them.


    This is typically a quick process — most pharmacies are able to begin purchasing within hours from when they sign up!

  • How do I pay for orders?

    EzriRx provides three options for payment:


      - Via credit card
      - Via ACH
      - Via credit from wholesalers


    You will need to enter your credit information just once and it will be securely stored in our system for your next order.

  • Does EzriRx allow me to receive credit from wholesalers?

    Yes. Wholesalers can provide you with credit which you can use to check out on EzriRx. The wholesaler will also outline terms such as the number of days before your invoices must be paid.

  • Can I request pedigrees straight from EzriRx?

    Yes. All Pedigree requests are EDI-compliant. You can easily request a T3 Pedigree from EzriRx and recieve it directly from the wholesaler.

  • How many wholesalers can I sign up for at once?

    You can sign up for as many as are licensed in your state. EzriRx provides the opportunity for you to connect with all wholesalers licensed in your state.

  • Can I track my orders?

    Yes. Using our ordering and tracking system, you can see your order history as well as track your shipment. Wholesalers are given the ability to print shipping labels directly from EzriRx to make shipments to you happen much more quickly and efficiently.

  • Who will ship my orders?

    Wholesalers fulfill and ship all orders made on EzriRx. We do not do any shipping ourselves.

  • Why do I need to provide the last 4 digits of my SSN and my DOB?

    The last 4 digits of your SSN and your date of birth are required in order to add payment methods so that you can make payments on EzriRx.


    Federal regulations like the USA Patriot Act and OFAC require all payment networks to verify this information. This verification is only used for compliance and regulation purposes.

Payments

  • How do payments work on EzriRx?

    EzriRx allows you to pay for orders using three different payment options:

      - Via credit card
      - Via ACH
      - Via credit from wholesalers

    It's simple to add payment methods to your account for quick and easy payments. Simply head to the payment settings page and securely add your bank account and credit card.

  • How does adding a credit card work?

    EzriRx allows you to save credit cards to use as a payment method for convenient checkout. To add a credit card, simply enter your credit card information in payment settings. EzriRx will verify that the credit card is valid, and then store a reference to the credit card to use as a payment method. EzriRx does not store the credit card number, as we do not need it to charge your card.

    Once you have successfully added a credit card, it will be available to use as a payment method instantly.

  • How does Instant Account Verification work?

    When adding a bank account on EzriRx, you have the option to select Instant Account Verification as a method of verifiying your account. This is a way for you to instantly connect your bank account with EzriRx by authenticating via your online banking login.

    EzriRx does not receive or store any of the information you enter when authenticating your bank account — this is simply a way of verifying that you own this bank account. Instead of storing your bank account information, we simply store a unique reference number to your bank account so that you can use it as a payment method for convenient checkout.

    Once you have successfully authenticated your bank account with your bank, this payment method will be available to use instantly.

  • How does Deposit Verification work?

    When adding a bank account on EzriRx, you have the option to select Deposit Verification as a method of verifiying your account. This is a way for you to provide your bank account information and receive two small deposits in your account (totalling less than $0.20). Your account is verified when you correctly enter the values of the two micro-deposits after receiving them.

    EzriRx does not receive or store any of the information you enter when authenticating your bank account — this is simply a way of verifying that you own this bank account. Instead of storing your bank account information, we simply store a unique reference number to your bank account so that you can use it as a payment method for convenient checkout.

    Once you have successfully verified your bank account via Deposit Verification, the bank account will be available to use as a payment method within 1-3 business days.
